i look to be standing on the lip of a two foot deep bowl. in reality i'm
doing a rock-to-fakie and the bowl is about eight feet deep.griffin is one of the local north van parks that i have ridden since i moved here in may. actually it's the park that i ride the most. griffin is a small concrete park tucked in beside the griffin rec centre. it has a small snake run that ends in a bowl that is just under 3m. deep (eight feet). all in all a pretty fun park for being so small.
the other parks that i've ridden while i've moved here are the richmond, ladner, ambleside, seylynn and griffin. in the first few weeks that i was here i rode the park at least three times per week, now i try to get there at least once a week. i've also ridden ambleside a few times in the last month or three, once each with beau and jeff.
